Product Description:
Standard Mould Base is a professional product, mainly used in the production of daily necessities, toys, cosmetics, electrical appliances, medical equipment, etc. It is made of 50C material, with ASTM 1050, JIS S50C and DIN CK53. Its hardness is HB=160-180, which is higher than ordinary steel (hardness 140-170), and its deformation rate is lower, and its surface finish and rust resistance are better. The quotation is tax-inclusive and does not include freight, which will be calculated separately. DXM adopts honing true round guide sleeve to effectively increase the number of opening and closing molds by 20%, prevent the guide post from being pulled and improve the service life of the mould.
