It is built with a honing true round guide sleeve which can effectively increase the number of opening and closing moulds by 20%, prevent guide post from being pulled, and improve the service life of the mould. It is made of customized 50C material with hardness HB160-180, higher hardness, lower deformation rate, better finish and better rust resistance than ordinary steel(hardness 140-170). This product is also equipped with a whole set of screw teeth processed by CNC extrusion teeth process, which ensures smooth screw teeth, easy to disassemble and assemble. The screw head is processed by CNC sinking with the bottom of the hole being flat, and locking performance is better. The square iron screw hole is processed by CNC machine, with good verticality. The plate thickness tolerance is +0-0.1mm and pre-customizable accessories are available to shorten the mould production time. It is also equipped with imported equipment such as MAZAK, OKUMA, MORI SEIKI, MAKINO which ensures accurate repeated positioning, and precision hole and frame tolerance of 0.01mm and good finish. Using high-end imported cutting tools such as Swiss Sandvik and Japanese BIG, it can ensure the straightness and precision of holes and frames and the accuracy and finish of the entire processing of the mould base.
