The product features a size range of 20*25cm-50*70cm, and is produced using 50c material with ASTM: 1050, JIS: S50c, and DIN: CK53 standards with a hardness of HB=160-180, making it more durable than ordinary steel (hardness 140-170). It also features honing true round guide sleeve which can effectively increase the number of opening and closing moulds by 20%, and prevent guide post from being pulled. Additionally, all the screws are extruded with CNC technology, providing a smooth screw teeth that are easy to disassemble and assemble. The screw head is also processed with CNC sinking, allowing for better locking performance. Moreover, the square iron screw hole is processed with CNC, making it verticality better. With plate thickness tolerance of +0-0.1mm, the product is pre-customizable, allowing for shorter mould production time.
