The whole set of screw teeth is processed with CNC extrusion teeth process for smoother screw teeth and easier disassembly and assembly. The screw head is processed by CNC sinking to make the bottom of the hole flat for better locking performance. The square iron screw hole is processed by CNC with good verticality. The plate thickness tolerance is +0-0.1mm and pre-customizable accessories are prepared to shorten the mould production time.
High-end imported equipment, such as MAZAK, OKUMA, MORI SEIKI, MAKINO, are used with accurate repeated positioning and precision hole and frame tolerance of 0.01mm and good finish. High-end imported cutting tools such as Swiss Sandvik and Japanese BIG are also used to improve the straightness and precision of holes and frames and the accuracy and finish of the entire processing of the mould base.
